Things to note regarding the use of the rental service
- For reservations on the same day or one day in advance, please apply by phone.
- We will store your belongings such as clothes and bags excluding valuables.
- It will take about one hour from selecting your kimono until you leave the store.
- Please make payment before leaving the store.
- We accept payment by PayPay. Credit cards cannot be used.
- Please return the items that you have rented by 6 p.m.
- Customers who would like to get the photo plan are required to make a reservation in advance.
- If you would like to cancel your reservation, please do so early. We do not charge individual customers cancellation fees.
- Our services are available on rainy days as well.
- Closed every Tuesday and Wednesday.
